Before signing up with a landscaping partner it is important to know how they will work and what to expext. Our landscape design process includes:

1. Initial landscape design consultation:

We will come and meet with you to discuss your needs and wants, as well as take note of the current landscape and structures. We will get an idea of your opinions, general tastes, budgets and desired timeframes.

2. Design concepts are presented:

Life Outside will give you an option of different design presentations so you can envisage the end result, including:
2D Design Packages - This includes a concept design, planting plan and budget estimate or Lump sum quotation (depending on the stage of the project).
Prospective Drawings - Perspective images are useful when you just can't imagine the 2D plan proposal and need to see the space being created. Views from any angle can be produced.
3D Walk-Through - Enjoy a 3D walk through your new outdoor room or landscape while it's still on the drawing board!

3. Final designs:

Once we have your feedback and comments we will put together the final design, documentation, budget and timeline. This will include our planting guide, site plan, structural details and detailed contruction plan.

4. Landscape/garden construction:

We get started on the construction of your project and will keep you informed of our progress. Life Outside will source all the materials and plants for the gardens and can help deal with your local council permits as required.
